Rostocker Stadtidyll

The bungalow was nice but it had a awful smell of rotten fish. So bad so we couldn’t be in the kitchen/living-room the whole stay. It attracted cats that wanted to come in to the bungalow.

We found pink fish juice in the fridge that we cleaned out, that smelled quite fresh because it was cold. I have suspicion that some fish juice had been dripping down in the condensation hole where is warm and starting to smell. It was headaches the whole stay because I didn’t want to breathe fully. Some of my clothes had the smell when we arrived home.

Only a little above 10°C in the rooms, heaters were turned off, anyway not strong enough to heat the rooms. Also, no warm water was the first 2 hours of stay, then it was lukewarm. We went away after 3 hours of spending there. Cleanliness could be better, too. Especially floor-it was dirty.

The best place I have stayed. Very clean. There is everything you need, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I especially liked that there was an instruction with all cool places, shops and all necessary information. Great staff, all fast and attentive :)
