El apartamento está bastante bien, el precio algo elevado si no no utilizas el apartamento completo. Nosotros éramos tres personas y creo recordar que tenía capacidad para siete.

La ubicación es excelente y todos los muebles y electrodomésticos de la casa están nuevos. La terraza trasera es enorme con una gran mesa para cenas al aire libre. Non tuvimos que recurrir al propietario pero la comunicación fue excelente y rapida

Deben haber hecho reforma hace poco y aún olía a pintura

"Casa céntrica pero con cosas mejorables"

Bien situado y zona de barbacoa

No me gustó que nos controlaran la calefacción por remoto y nosotros no tuviéramos opción a controlar la temperatura, tuvimos que solicitar en varias ocasiones que subieran la calefacción porque teníamos frío.

La terraza con barbacoa es un plus. Las cenas allí fueron una maravilla

Hacia mucho calor sobretodo en la zona del comedor, cocina y una habitación. Nos trajeron ventiladores en cuanto lo pedimos.
