House of Hathor

The villa is clean and neat with nice decoration. The location in the magnificent Egyptian country, however it is well eqiuped and near to Luxor. The staff is helpful esp. Mr Mohamed who will make sure that you will enjoy your stay there.

I liked everything there and I will come back. The only thing to mention is that the pool water is cold in winter and it would be better if there is a warmer for it.

House was so nice, everything was clean and look good.staff is so hospitality.i wish next time that we can get a chance of staying more days here.

the house and property is amazing very well looked after and very clean the pool is great for a swim after seeing the temples all day and is a good way to wind down at the end of the day, definitely the best place we have stayed at on our trip as we have been travelling Europe for 2 weeks before coming here. Mohamed is the best such a nice and genuine person he also helped with all the tours and activity planning and made everything go so smoothly, if you want to book tours definitely book them through Mohamed rather then other booking companies you will see so much more and save money, we all had a great time and wish we had got to spend a few more days here as it is so relaxing and away from all the tourist and traffic areas.

Our stay was amazing. The view of the Nile can't be beat. Our guide, unfortunately I forgot her name, was knowleadgable and kind. Ramadan was so kind and took care of me when I was sick. Mohammad was very helpful arranging everything we needed. We have never felt more taken care of in our lives.There is nothing I didn't like but it does take some getting used to being waited on hand and foot. We were a little skeptical about everything inluding the pricing at first, but quickly warmed up to everything. Also, it is a suggestion that you can hire a guide with the people who own the house, that is what you should do instead of getting one seperate from the house.

Excellent private villa in a quiet location 15 mins outside of Luxor with great views of the River Nile. We were all taken care of very well by the team headed up by Mohamed. He organised a private chef for us ( Ahmed ) who cooked breakfast and 2 evening meals. Everything was fresh, tasty & exactly how we liked it. Saba is a 24 hour staff member that stays in staff quarters away from the villa but always on hand if required. Ramadan carries out housekeeping & laundry if required and was great with the children including his wonderful towel decorations. The children couldn't wait to get home to see what sculpture he'd made for us! We would thoroughly recommend this villa for anyone. The price we paid and the service we received was excellent. The space the villa offers is so much more than a hotel. Would definitely return again. Thanks

Very beautiful villa, cool rooftop, nice looking pool which we weren’t able to use as it was too cold in February. Good staff present on the property to help out with issues like lack of towels, leaky sinks etc, Ramadan was especially very helpful and got lots of water bottles for us at 1am. Host was contactable and helpful.

Quite far from Luxor city so very limited transport options available other than that offered by the host, which were very expensive compared to local rates. The description included 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds but we only found one bedroom with 2 single beds so one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed which was uncomfortable. The host later said there was a second bed underneath the first that could be pulled out which we weren’t informed about at the time. Not suitable for travelling on a budget, but if you have the funds Mohamed will provide you with an excellent experience.
