Very beautiful, spacious and quiet place. Private terrace with ocean and sunset views. Great location - near Los Llanos, convenient for reaching all parts of island. Cooler/heater worked well. We had neighbors, but didn't hear them at all Perfect for 2 persons.

Some things missing in the property: More lighting; Better Wi-fi; Larger cooking pan; Larger cutting board; Tray under dish drying rack

Casa Bana 1 is especially captivating because of its large, open terrace, which offers a beautiful view and tempts you to stay. Sometimes you can also meet the very nice landlords, either in their part of the garden or on the way to the neighboring apartment Casa Bana 2. Casa Bana 1 is cleverly divided into bedroom and living room, separated by a kitchenette whose back wall ends below the ceiling. The equipment is essentially complete, the furnishings affectionate. The bathroom is spacious. The house is very idyllically located a little outside. To walk to Los Llanos is nice, but the way back with heavy purchases on foot can be a little long, because it goes partly quite steeply uphill. If you come by car, you can park in front of the front door for free, a public bus stops not too far away.

A cosy and nice traditional house located between El Paso and Los Llanos. The owners live next door and are super-nice and helpful. The house is located in a quiet area and has a great terrace overlooking Los Llanos.

Not related to the house or the owners - the property is located on a dead-end street and the only way to Los Llanos/El Paso is a narrow, busy road that is not safe to walk. Therefore, it's not possible to go for an evening stroll without using a car. Although Google maps suggests an alternative footpath to Los Llanos we found that this path was blocked by a rather aggressive dog.
