"Es war ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub in diesem Haus."

Die super ruhige Lage . Mit dem Auto war alles gut zu erreichen. Tolle moderne Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad und zusätzlich noch ein Gäste WC . Sehr sauber und die Klimaanlagen unverzichtbar. Der Pool war natürlich das Herzstück. So kann man Urlaub genießen.

Da gibt’s nichts zu bemängeln

"Very Good"

Die relativ neuen Bäder waren sehr schön.

Der schlechte Grill wurde erst nach 4 Tagen ersetzt und die Geschirr und Kochausstattung ist erneuerungs bzw. ergänzungsbedürftig

"Our Mallorca experience"

Landlord was kind and contact us few days before arrival and gave us all info we needed. House is beautiful with nice garden. Pool is clean with a outdoor furniture. There are parking spot for two cars. Definitely would like to come again.

Der grosse Pool und der schöne Garten sind toll, der Pool sollte nur öfters gereinigt werden, es kam die ganze Woche niemand. Ansonsten hat es und gut gefallen. Der Grill sollte gegebenenfalls getauscht werden.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum, wir haben uns alle, 6 Erwachsene, so wohl gefühlt. Es war so viel Platz, alles sehr modern, die Betten und die Badezimmer ein Traum. Pool/Terrasse und Garten wunderschön, danke Toni für den Aufenthalt. Toni war super nett und behilflich, Kaffeemaschine war leider defekt, stand gleich am nächsten Morgen eine neue vor der Tür. Auch zwei neue Stühle und ein neuer Sonnenschirm wurden gebracht. Die Lage super, 15 min bis Alcúdia beach oder auch zum Essen in der Altstadt. Wir kommen wieder. LG

"Très confortable et bien situé"

Parfait pour visiter le nord de l’île et se reposer après une journée de balade ( à environ 15 minutes de ´ voiture de Pollença, Alcudia, plages et criques les plus proches) Très bien équipée, calme et agréable jardin avec piscine

Lave vaisselle ne fonctionne plus très bien mais c’est tout Éclairage un peu faible pour diner à l’intérieur (et qui varie)

"Gerne wieder, kann man nur empfehlen!!"

Die Unterkunft war klasse ;) Die Lage zur für Ausflüge war für uns prima, Supermarkt nur wenige Minuten entfernt und das Grundstück schön ruhig mit einem tollen Pool! Die Zimmer klasse, Bäder auch!

Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte einen Hauch besser sein und der Grill sollte erneuert werden :)

"Would happily stay again"

The villa is easy to drive to and has parking for two cars. The pool is a good size and there are comfortable loungers. Inside is well equipped and has good air conditioning (in the middle of a heatwave). The owner Toni is friendly and helpful.

Not exactly a dislike but the pool is deep all over so children can only swim in there and not ‘play’ but that wouldn’t stop us staying there again.
