prime location if you want to walk to the plaza or bella terra mall,,, but I drive 🤣🤣 so it's easier for me

minor construction noise but that's expected when your in a beautiful city such a gurabo

It’s nice room and all. The bathroom drain vent check valve not work so master bed room smell like a sewer.

So use the booking app for room. They not advise you before you commit to the room , which is non refundable , that the check in time is 5 pm. So I arrive at 2 pm. They say I have to pay $25 for early check in. So my wife is sick and uncomfortable. I gladly pay the extra $25. Then they say I have to wait because they don’t have the key. Finally after 3 30 pm we got the room.

Nice apartment

Terrible service, staff was not even knowledgeable of how to charge the room rate. Cleaners entered apartment and room without our consent and we're rude.

The location was good staff were nice apartment was nice

No hot water for the shower the gate key wouldn’t work. The apartment was advertised at a cheaper price got to the lobby was charged are higher price.
