We had a lovely 12-day Christmas stay at this property. The property is in Arrecife which is in an ideal location to travel around the whole island and see all the stunning sceneries and landscapes. Some useful points for future residents: —> The apartment is comfortable and big and could easily fit our 6 family members. —> It was very convenient to have a washing machine and tumbler! —> The land lady was very helpful, kind and responsive to all our questions. Also, early on we found that the hair drier was broken and she replaced it immediately. —> The kitchen is big and well laid out. —> The hot water does run out if too many people are running the showers at the same time, but once we realised that we could coordinate the showers so this wasn’t a problem at all. The hot water takes around 20 minutes to heat up again. —> The private parking garage (fits 1 car) was very useful as the street is quite built up so nearby on-street parking places are difficult to find in the evenings. —> The property is on the first floor (above the garage) so you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. —> There’s a bathroom (with a bath) on the ground floor directly beside the garage. This was great for rinsing and leaving wet surf equipment to dry off. We highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Lanzarote! Thanks very much!

I liked everything, great holiday.

The hostess is simply amazing! Very helpful, quick to provide any and every information we asked for and needed help with. The house is very spacious, and we found it clean and neat. The location is great - beach and larger supermarkets you can walk to in under 20 minutes, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The main bus stop where tour buses will pick you up is also within easy walking distance, and in general it's very easy to travel to any part of the island from Arrecife in general.

Perfect place for a bigger group of people. For us was a perfect base for exploring the island too. The garage was of a real help - we were safe from looking around for a place to park our car after a lengthy day outside.

Not sufficient hot water - 3 out of 5 nights the second one under the shower was struggling.

Super apartment, super price super garage. Short distance to the centrum, beach, other atraction. Calm and cosy place. Thanks for everything.

free private parking, easy access, extremely responsive and helpful host, very clean and spacious property with all the details. it was like a hotel with pretty folded towels, plenty of shampoo and soap, a breakfast tray, a wine bottle (we didn’t end up drinking it), beach toys for the kids, laundry and dryer! looks exactly like photos.

the property was amazing but if I had to nitpick, and choose a few small details - there’s wasn’t enough hot water to shower 4 people, so we tried to space out showers and there were few cups and only 2 knives so we just manually washed everything multiple times a day and didn’t use the dishwasher.
