Casa Pepita

Casa Pepita was just soo nice! I loved it! The house is super charming, a lot of pretty details and very comfortable. The view is magic, and we had breakfast on the terrace every morning. I loved the morning view and the sunrise from the bed in the upper bedroom. Bed is very good, and the kitchen is very good equipped. Excellent located in the old village with several restaurants and small shops around. I'll be happy to come back!

When we stay for 8 days it would be nice to have a towel change. We asked for it, but had to clean them ourselves. Also another kitchen towel had been fine, and hand soap for free. We had to buy.

Beautiful especially the terrace

Just spent 2 nights here, amazing 3 level home, absolutely stunning views from 2 top levels, glimpses from bottom level, where my adult son slept with own bathroom, and laundry facilities, great roomy balcony on top level accessed from main bedroom. Lovely spot to enjoy a coffee / or glass of wine. Kitchen, dining table 2nd level, also great views, to top it off great location on pedestrian street.

The apartment is lovely, with attention to detail. The view on the balcony is stunning. The apartment is perfectly located in the town and close to the beach.

The house is lovely and has an amazing view! The best part of our stay was watching the sunrise from our bedroom!

Well appointed house with lovely furnishings and everything you could need

There is nothing new in the opinion, that Altea is probably one of the last relatively non-commercial and cosy small towns in Costa Blanca. I think there is also nothing new for those, who consider staying in Altea, that the old town is marvellous. And when you look for a perfect accomodation to truly feel the atmosphere of Altea, Casa Pepita is the best place to stay. The house is wonderful. The entrance is lovely, with a small, adorable bench. It has three storeys, from each there is a marvelous seaview. At the bottom floor there is one room with two beds and separate, large bathroom. At the first floor there is a kitchen, fully equipped. I have not expected it to be equipped so well, to be honest. There is literally everything you need to make a meditarenian lunch or dinner. I would only suggest to provide it with one more saucepan or pot, two is sometimes too little. At the same floor there is a large livingroom with wonderful, big table and the most important thing: a beautiful view at the sea. The top floor is a jewel: a bedroom with window almost full wall wide, from which you have an astonishing seaview each time you close your eyes at night and open it in the morning. There is also a marvellous terrace, unseeable for the neighbours, where you will be willing to spend your whole holidays. There is a separate bathroom as well. The whole house is arranged so cozy and beautifully and equally functionally, with respect to the Spanish costal tradition of arranging houses (lovely furnishing!). There is nothing, that you would need more. It was very clean and, what is important for me, you have got a mop for your disposal. It is just 5 minutes climbing to the main square at the top of Altea hill and 5 minutes walk to the beach. There are numerous restaurants in the neighbourhood, but the street, where Casa Pepita is located, is quite calm. We have spent the most lovely holidays here and we wish to come back at any moment.

At the bottom floor there were small ants near the entrance and in the bathroom, but as the entrance doors are directly on an old, stone street, it was understandable for us that ants are there and it was not very burdensome for any of us. Nonetheless, be aware of this.
