Muchas hormigas por toda la casa, se metían por todas las partes preguntamos a varios vecinos y también le pasaba lo mismo a ver si le solucionan el problema del año que viene. Por lo demás sin problema

Me gustó la ubicación porque dos calles más abajo estaba la playa, también que era unos de los pocos alojamientos que buscamos y tenían 3 baños, aunque uno de ellos era aseo pero para las 6 personas que íbamos nos hizo el apaño igual, también que la cocina estaba bastante bien equipada y la buena predisposición que tuvieron para poder llevar a los perros. La urbanización la verdad que es bastante tranquila aunque estábamos con un poquito de “miedo” al hacer ruido y poder molestar ya que estas pegado a tus vecinos. Me gustó también el sistema que tienen para abrir la puerta del portal y de la casa porque es cómodo ya que puedes abrir por el móvil Que tenga placa solar Te atienden bastante rápido por el WhatsApp si pasa algo.

No me gustó que el lavavajillas no fuese bien del todo ya que la cajetilla donde va la pastilla no cerraba. Uno de los mandos del aire no funcionaba, el de la habitación de las dos camas Las toallas para nuestro gusto un poco pequeñas, aunque no sé si suelen ser así en todos los alojamientos. Las paredes de la casa y algunos embellecedores de enchufes ya están un poco tocados y habría que cambiarlos y las paredes tienen manchas o rozaduras que ya se nota que hay que pintar. Donde la nevera en la cocina el hueco es un poco pequeño y siempre rozaba la puerta y no quedaba bien cerrada, tenías que estar pendiente haber cerrado bien. El baño de la habitación “principal” se queda obsoleto al tener bañera, lo mejor es poner plato de ducha Faltaba tener en la cocina un rollo de papel de cocina y alguna balleta y trapo para secar a mayores porque si te quedas más de 3 días es verdad que puede quedarse algo escaso y algún producto más de limpieza como lejía o vinagre, que nosotros tuvimos que comprar . En cuanto a las ventanas de las habitaciones sobre todo faltaría de poner algún tipo de cortinita para que no entre tanta luz porque por la tarde es imposible echarse al entrar la luz.

- Still not fixed: broken bulb, missing bowls, power keeps tripping, sofa cushions collapsed, roof plants in pots - Garage lights turn of after 4 sec - Old yoga mat in garden, has been laying there a while - Shade cover on roof terrace missing - Wrong information about water restrictions - Temperature control in fridge broken - 2 (not 3) bathrooms + one toilet where the drain stinks unbelievably - Door to living room blocked > wastes heating/cooling (and this considering you are asked to be thoughtful with electricity!) - Takes 2,5 min till hot water arrives in shower > wastes huge amount of water! (although we were asked to be thoughtful with water!) - No hand towel in kitchen, only tea towel - Slide out cupboard in kitchen blocked - Back of kitchen drawer missing - Huge construction side next to house - Not semi-detached but the middle one of three. No soundproofing! - Internet only in living room, very slow - Garden gate not locked, no key for it - Glass door to roof top cannot be closed properly - No spare garbage bags, not enough toilet rolls - Springs of some mattresses poke you in the back etc.

Oven falling out of unit. Only 4 mugs and bowls. Large knives blunt. Weeds growing out of stairs and on terrace. Main bathroom shower went everywhere. Electrics kept tripping. Plaster falling off the wall. No sound proof with neighbours heard everything nd their dog barked and wined all evening until 11.15 at night. Worst of all we were a few meters from building site with large crane and constant daily noise.

Good views from the roof terrace. Great location in easy walking distance to amenities. The rental company were quick to respond.

Although the location is good we weren’t pre-warned that it is right next to a building site so be prepared to be awoken early by that. Be aware that the electronic lock system is prone to glitches and failure, we had 2 days without it working which was very frustrating with 4 adults staying. Make sure you always take the physical key with you, they only provide one. It stank of drains. Really really badly, we had to open all doors and windows on arrival and buy air fresheners. It made our clothes smell. There was a stagnant bucket of stinky water under the kitchen sink. It had been cleaned but not deep cleaned, so grime in corners etc. The house and furniture is tired, lots of broken items. The sofas need replacing as the cushions have collapsed making it uncomfortable. Outside they’d not bothered to weed or cut the grass which adds to the untidiness. Not enough cutlery or glasses for the amount of people. The rental company entered one day without pre warning us.

Nice, clean, located out of crowded areas but close to the beach and good bars/restaurants.

Paper walls, one can hear each word of fellow neighbours. Kitchen could be better equipped.

Booked the house for a month. It was amazing. I miss it! Very close to beach and easy for shops. Bust to malaga very close. It is comfortable with a great roof terrace. All mod cons.
