Die Lage und der Ausblick sind Super idyllisch. Mann muss länger über gut befestigte Bergstraßen und Serpentinen nach San Mateo und zur Unterkunft fahren, das lohnt sich aber für diese gut ausgestattete und wunderschön gelegene Unterkunft. Der Pool war für die sommerlichen Temperaturen im Mai auch sehr gut, dann muss man nicht so oft zum Strand fahren um sich abzukühlen.

Das Bett und das Sofa hätten etwas gemütlicher sein können, da man sich tagsüber aber eher draußen bewegt ist das schnell vergessen. Da es sich um ein Höhlenhaus handelt, kann es an kalten Tagen auch drinnen kälter sein, zu Beginn mussten wir etwas den Ofen anschalten. Da es auch oben am Berg liegt ist der Wasserdruck beim duschen nicht sehr stark, das ist aber voll ok.

La ubicación es genial, la piscina perfecta para darse un chapuzón, la amabilidad de César, lo equipada que está la casa hay de todo lavadora , horno cafeteras, etc...

The apartment was very cozy, and everything had clearly been thoughtfully arranged. It is also nicely secluded, far from neighbors, which gives a pleasant sense of privacy. The views of the valley were beautiful, and a nearby town offered small shops and a local market where we were able to do some shopping. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good, so we could not enjoy the pool with its scenic view. However, the apartment was well heated throughout, so we still felt comfortable during our stay.

La casita è bella. Non puoi non innamorarti: spaziosa e dotata di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, il signor Cesàr l’ aveva anche addobbata per le feste natalizie. Noi tre, con un po’ di sventatezza, l’avevamo prenotata con l’idea di far grigliata all’aperto a capodanno e vedere i fuochi d’artificio in vallata. Fatto tutto piacevolmente, ma ci è andata bene: due giorni dopo sarebbe stato impossibile per freddo e pioggia, anche se la zona grill è ben coperta. I fuochi d’artificio erano lontani.

Freddo. Immagino che d’estate sia meraviglioso stare in questa casita,, a gennaio però faceva freddo ( anche 11 gradi la sera) e la casa è grande e dispone di un riscaldamento non sufficiente con una stufa a pellet e un altro macchinario elettrico che non hanno alzato la temperatura oltre i 15 gradi. Il bagno è piccolo. In inverno e con solo tre persone é sufficiente, ma la casa ha tanti posti letto. In estate penso si possa ovviare al problema con il bagno esterno vicino alla piscinetta, in inverno no.

The location of the house above San Mateo is gorgeous. You have beautiful views from the terrace and the pool. The house is much bigger on the inside because it's built into the rock. The host is super helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perfect for road trips across the island and through the mountains.
