Luz del Mar - vis-à-vis Yachthafen

The accomodation was wonderful, the pool was lovely and it was much better than we expected. Claus was very welcoming!

We liked everything including the location

Location was idealin all aspects. 10 minutes walking to town centre, marina, port, restaurants and castle. Has good private parking, garden and pool. Host very welcoming and obliging and knowledgeable about Denia - a pleasure to talk with Extremely quiet property. Good airconditioning for hot weather. Constant hot water.

Low level lighting - not too good for reading. Property set over 3 floors so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems but otherwise good.

Our hosts - Klaus and Gaby - were very kind, friendly and always helpful. Location was excellent, easy walking distance to all amenities and restaurants in Denia and the villa was very clean. The laundry facilities were welcome as we stayed for a month. The swimming pool was great - very clean and with chairs around it. The beds were comfortable and the laundry/ towels were changed frequently. Wifi and air conditioning worked well at all times.

The villa interior was dark, very dark green, and I think it could be more modern, brighter, lighter (pale or bright blue, perhaps?). The pictures on the wall need to be brighter and ‘happy’ for a holiday villa. The window shades do not keep out the light and blackout curtains would be good in summer. The fridge really needs modernising, as does the kitchen, which needs updating. However, these small changes would really improve the customer experience.

location and host. Gabbi ( host) was wonderful. size of apartment great as was the beautiful pool and setting. good parking if you have. car also

im a light sleeper so some carry over mouse from one if the adjoining apartments also occasional barking from a dog in the Hoyse behind which I attribute more to my light sleeping. the dog was not constant and so not really a real issue. needs some updating in the kitchen.

Mosquitoes!!! Could not sit outside. Also shower curtain was grubby. No washing machine in our apartment. Also we were there for 2 weeks and no one changed our sheets or towels
