Great location

Nothing

This house was far enough from Seville to be quiet and easy to sleep in and get more space but close enough to just catch a bus or a metro to get to the city. My friends from the city were surprised how well connected it was. We also liked the bonus of laundry and space to spread out with family after being in close confines in Granada and near all the noise of the city. Also, the host had everything we needed there which in other places we rented did not happen. This was our favorite stay and we were glad we stayed 5 days. The hosts were so great too.

There was a sewer smell that I assume the hosts could not resolve.

Self check-in was great. Communication with host is easy. Antonio is quick responder. Place is clean. We had a family with 1 year old baby. There was portable stairs in front of faucet for the baby. It was thoughtful. Barbecue area is also well designed.

There was a bed smell in the room at downstairs which has sofa bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, travelling two families with babies and young children the house had everything we needed and right across from a pool and activities area free to use. A lovely restaurant right at the end of the road and shops and supermarkets close by. We had a car and plenty of free roadside parking available with some main attractions in Seville only a 15min drive away. The location of the house was easy to find and made travelling even easier. We went mid July at the hottest time if year but with the aircon, shutters, pool with plenty of shaded areas across the road and a large awning that shades most of the back patio area out back, we were able to enjoy our stay despite the soaring temperatures! The host Antonio was friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate with (we are English speaking from Ireland) I definitely see us returning to in the future!

Very little negatives really but the kitchen is a bit dated with no ac so it was a bit hot cooking in there but everything you could need was available! Also the downstairs bedroom with an ensuite had no ac so during the temperatures we experienced none of our party could sleep there but the 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs were more than enough to accommodate us!
