Casa El Capricho del lago

Es muy bonito, las vistas y el entorno son preciosos. Nos gustó mucho tener el kayak y las bicis, aunque la doble no anda bien. La casa es muy grande y muy bonita. Repetiríamos sin duda, pues es un gran sitio.

No hay tiendas en la urbanización, hay una cerca pero tienes que pasar por un tramo de curvas que era un poco incómodo. Además la puerta de la casa es complicada para cerrarla ya que está muy dura y estaba rota,pero vinieron a arreglarla.

Falta de mantenimiento en zonas exteriores y en algunas interiores. Colchón de cama matrimonio dormitorio de arriba, muy blando. Sin baño ni ducha en zona de piscina.

Ubicación muy buena, con buena temperatura en verano para pasar días con amigos y familia.

Mantenimiento mejorable (hamaca rota, tiradores sueltos, losetas sueltas), plaga de hormigas entrando en la cocina, ventanas sin mosquiteras.

House fully meets the description. Photos are accurate. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There is no bathroom on ground floor. 4 adults and 4 children had no problem staying there. The yard has sufficient space for children to run. The pool matches photos. Heating works ok. Hot water is sufficient. It has sufficient amount of plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, some pans and some frying pans. Microwave and oven are also present. Fireplace and gas barbeque cooker. Host is very nice and reasonable. The owner has a contact person with keys that arrived within 3 minutes after our call. We had a problem with heating (probably run out of gas) and it was fixed during our absence but the contact person who fixed it lacked 2nd key to the property so it took better part of the day.

This is no fault of the house and location is exactly the same as advertised but despite distance to Cordoba center is pretty short it takes 35-40 minutes to get to a central parking, most of time is spent on curvy road which can be difficult for children.
