Very clean , great views over Los Cristianos, fully equipped kitchen with big fridge freezer, big flat screen tv , washing machine, only 10-15 minutes walk down hill to the centre of Los Cristianos but in a quiet area

The apartment is at the top of two inclines and then there are a lot of stairs to climb up to the apartment ( hence great views) but no lift so no good if you have difficulty walking or climbing up a lot of stairs

The checkin process was smooth. I coordinated with the host when to meet at the property and she was there on time. The walk through was thourough and she explained everything from how to use the tv, the kitchen appliances, the WiFi, features about the locks and showers and so on. You could tell she had a lot of experience hosting and addressing the commonly asked questions. She was also very communicative during my stay via WhatsApp. I didn't have any problems so there was no need to contact her, but it was very nice to know that she was there at the other end. Overall the neighbourhood was quiet and you're next to a small hiking trail, which is fantastic. There are bus stations with popular routes to Las Americas and elsewhere which is super convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances for short stays and the bathroom was suitable for what I needed. There were plenty of towels available, even extras for the beach.

The overall location wasn't as convenient as I thought to popular amenities. There are lots of little local shops though if you need anything. The pool on the property was emptied, however, it was only a short walk to the public Olympic sized pool in the neighbourhood. The weekend I stayed the neighbours were celebrating birthdays the whole time until 4am. Normally I don't mind but the complex is not sound proof to parties. The host was good enough to speak with the neighbours and the response from her sounded like it didn't happen all the time.
