The apartment owner was a really nice and available person. The apartment itself for the price was worth the money. Nice position if u like english marcions, otherwise if you like to do a nature trip it isnt that good. Quiet neighbours.

The house was a little bit dirty, if not cleaned very well roaches can show up :) The balcony structure is old and the structure is falling down, so be careful.

False information advertised. Swimming pool has been closed for over a year and they do not tell you or when you. We got there and the cleaning had not been done, it was still in process. The socket connecting the fridge were unusable as we were told it had been wet. The area in general does not feel safe and it looks very old. It looks like it has not been maintained for a very long time. Under investigation currently to get a FULL refund

It looked a bit sketchy at first but turned out amazing. It was a lot better than we expected and very cosy. Also cheap and very good location.

Location within short walking distance to the beach.

Disadvantage daily night noise from night bars and discos. With the window closed it was acceptable.

Very good location in the middle of everything. Place was clean and host was nice and very helpful.

Friendly and helpful owner, good equipped, good location: not far from the beach, shops and restaurants. Grill on the terrace is for sure an advantage. Plenty of parking possibilities on the street nearby.

Proximity to one of the noisiest bar-streets in Playa de las Americas. The music there was playing considerably loud until 6 am every day - challenge for the sensitive sleepers.
