I loved the apartment it was central to everywhere we wanted to go. It was modern, clean and spacious.It was really comfy, I would definitely stay again..only thing I would change is the pick up of the keys..we had a transfer down from airport and needed to take a detour to torrevieja city to collect keys..maybe the owners could look into getting a key box with a code outside apartment etc but other than that we loved it

1) the arrogant, unhelpful host (Vlad) who hangs up on you when you ask a question, who ignores your messages when the apartment has no hot water. Doesn't know the apartment, doesn't suggest where to park. Only keen on taking £200 deposit which you have to chase to get back, saying you should receive it in 2 weeks. No welcome pack No literature on the apartment or surroundings

We have stayed in this area approx 8 times and this has been our favoutite place so far. The location was perfect, Across the road from La Zenia mall including Al Campo for fresh food , and just a 2 minite walk to Mercadona. Short walk to Saturday market. Short walk to playa flamenca commercial centre where there was a Great indian restaurant called bombay supper club. Also close walk to the beach. Loved the pool and the fact it was right beside the apartment plus u are allowed pool toys which was nice, and the pool wasn't cold. Air con in main living room and both bedrooms. The agent Kryrll, even let us have a late check out which was great as our flight wasbt until 9pm, and were so accommodating when we arrived later than we thought and it was no issue at all for the staff member Dimitri . There was private parking at the apartment which was great as we rented a car . Apartment had great facilities for cooking, pots ,pans, toaster, microwave. Had 2 bathrooms both very clean and spacious for us , had 2 hairdryers too. Tv was easily used, able to sign in on our own netflix. Nice bar beside apartment Murphys did nice cocktails. Already planning to come back next year ☀️

The chairs outside were falling apart . One was completely broken and couldn't use it , others had bits falling off the arms and bits of the chair stuck to skin when sorting on them . They were also not comfortable for sitting on outside , would be good if new chairs were got . Hasn't put us off tho

The location was fantastic, as we all know,when we checked in we noticed that the pools were closed and this was part of the price that I paid for , I brought it to the attention of the fella checking us in, his reply was use the other pools little did not know they were also closed , so we were without a swimming pool for two days , I also txt them asking reason for this on the 1st day they never replied, until our last day when they what's app me asking what time I was checking out at, so I reminded them again about the pools being closed , he told me he was going to look into it and email the President of the complex. And will get back to me that was a week ago and I've still not heard back from anyone, As I said we paid a lot of money for that week no what's to know now , just take your money that's all they are interested in,

Great location, lots of good facilities in the apartment and complex was really safe and secure with us having young children

Wonderful ground floor apartment in a chilled out complex. Location is perfect. Facilities in the apartment perfect for self catering. Mercadona and Al Campo nearby along with bars, restaurants etc... Booked for next year already!
