Tenerife House Playa de las Américas

Posizione eccellente, non potevo chiedere di meglio. In più Esther, una delle responsabili si è dimostrata super disponibile ed è stata molto d'aiuto per varie vicissitudini. I mobili non sono nuovissimi, ma ci sono tutti i servizi più ampi parcheggi di fronte casa. Dovessi tornare a Tenerife sicuramente tornerei qua.

Il caseggiato ha regole molto ferree soprattutto per quanto riguarda il rumore.

Had everything you need and more, great location, spotless clean, pool right outside apartment and hardly anybody in it. Comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space and great WiFi. Secure complex with locked gate access.

Only downside was 2 things which weren’t anything really - 1. didn’t have directions to complex and transfer companies don’t know it so was dropped off at middle of street then had to find it. Directions to room weren’t given till arrived and they weren’t the best so trying to find a complex and room in the dark with nobody around to ask was stressful with kids and luggage but once you know it’s fine and easy to find. 2. The water goes off in morning whilst they clean and fill the pool so make sure you have shower by 8am otherwise you can’t till 11am ish

The location was perfect and the apartment was very clean and spacious. Overall Beautiful

The pool was off limits until the day before leaving and the hosts communication was not great had to ask locals to find out why it wasn’t in action. Then requested late check out prior to our arrival was told one time then changed the day of departure that it wasn’t possible. We was told we could leave our belongings until 4:00 then was asked to take our belongings before the time we agreed on. Then had to sit poolside until we was due to go to the airport.

The accomodation was really clean, and friendly. Perfect for a trip with friends. It was close to good beaches and the citycenter, but wasnt in a really loud area, so it was easy to sleep. We loved it!

Apartment was OK other than the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was misold as a house. The name is fake I was directed to an dilapidated old apartment complex named Bungamar. The swimming pool was empty and fenced off and the complex was mainly rented out to migrant workers.

The Bed. The whole complex is unsuitable for holiday makers as most people there are working early in the morning or till late in the night. The locked gate was constantly being kept open as a brick was being put to stop it closing. There was a rubbish skip outside the gate where everyone threw there rubbish
