Huis is ruim en voorzien van vaatwasser, wasmachine en airco. Ramen en schuifdeuren allemaal voorzien van vliegengordijn en rolluiken.Verschillende terassen zorgen ook voor schaduwplekken.Prve zwembad wordt 2 x pw nagekeken door een poolboy. Mooie onderhouden tuin is volledig rondom afgesloten zodat de honden vrij en veilig konden rondlopen. Het contact met het personeel van Marisol verliep correct en duidelijk. Ze zijn ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Zeer rustige omgeving. Huis ligt in een grote wijk met bijna allemaal vakantiehuizen. Is dicht bij het strand maar Riumar heeft niet echt een dorpskern en daardoor mis je toch de typische Spaanse sfeer met leuke tavernes en bedrijvigheid.
