Die Dachterrasse ist zwar groß, aber leider nur mit drei Liegen ausgestattet. Es fehlen ein Tisch und Stühle, evtl auch ein tarp als Sonnenschutz. Das ist sehr schade, da wir sehr gerne so einige Male oben hätten sitzen wollen und nicht in der Wohnung. Der Backofen ist nicht nutzbar, da die Waschmaschine so gestellt ist, dass man ihn nicht öffnen kann 🙃

When we arrived there was confusion about rooms. We had booked the property so everyone could have a room but one room was locked. I don't understand why, when we rented the property.

Le logement est grand. Il est très bien placé et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très réactif et gentil . Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à el cotillo. Très Jon rapport qualité prix !

location good. Host very helpful and supplied a toaster when we asked for one. One mad thing is that the oven door could not be opened properly as the washing machine is so close that it obstructs the door. Modern bathroom fittings were good.

Didn't like plastic matress protector. For guests at our own house we use better quality mattress protectors that are not plastic and thicker so they do not become sweaty.

The apartment is as described in the add. Recently renovated, good WiFi, the kitchen was reasonably equipped. The flat is located close to restaurants, shops and beaches. The host César was very cooperative and replied fast to all inquiries.

There could be a desk for working. The shared rooftop terrace would have much potential if equipped better.

Large, comfortable apartment with a lovely newly redone bathroom. Great location near the old harbour, cafes, walk to the lagoons.

Noise -from back of adjacent restaurant when they cleaned up late at night.

The house is amazing and very clean and position wonderful
