Casa Familiar y Acogedora

Ha sido una estancia muy familiar y acogedora como su mismo nombre indica. No nos ha faltado de nada,nos sorprendió lo bien equipada que está. No tenemos nada que añadir, solo decirle que ojalá las personas que se alojen aquí disfruten de este rincón como lo hemos hecho nosotros. Siempre recordaremos la paz y tranquilidad de este alojamiento y seguro recomendárselo a quien nos pregunte. Le damos las gracias a Miquel por su amabilidad y predisposición para que nuestra estancia sea lo más agradable. Sus recomendaciones de lugares y sitios para comer han sido excelentes. Mil gracias de nuevo por todo.

Nada que destacar

Our stay was very comfortable. The house is very spacious and perfectly suited for two couples or a family. The neighbourhood is very calm, in the morning there is a little bit of traffic but if the windows are closed that's hardly audible. The garden is very nice and calm. The house has A/Cv in all rooms so temperature can be well controlled both heating and cooling. Miquel, the host, is very kind and responsive. His house is a great place to stay!

The value for money of this place was exceptional, the size of the home, location was good and authentic as well, cleanliness of the home and the facilities offered were amazing. The host was attentive and helpful when there were minor issues and those issues were rectified quite quickly.

The wifi connection could be better in the rooms, mainly accessible in the main living areas. The water pressure could. be better as well, at first we didn't have hot water for a few days however as this was a minor issue given the reason we were there, it was fixed quite quickly. The bedding could be better as well, pillows were a bit too flat for my liking and the actual mattress sunk in a bit but was OK to endure.

The house of Miguel really surprised us, it is big, clean, though it is authentic, but the biggest part of the house is renovated, sunny and comfortable. In a calm area, very near to all beautiful places of Mallorca. Miquel was very wellcoming and cared about us along the stay. Highly recommended if you want something different then crowded hotels😍

The house is spacious and on the outskirts of Sa Pobla, making it easy to reach and nearby central roads to go to tourist locations. The beds are comfortable and the ease of having a washing machine and dishwasher is invaluable when you have a little one. The house grew on us as the days passed making it our temporary home for a few days. The owner, Miquel, was able to provide us with a child seat and a children's bed, which was very convenient. Communication with the owner was also very pleasant.

What I think should be known is that some of the downstairs areas have a very mouldy smell to it due to high levels of humidity. It is damp and there is little ventilation in the older parts of the house making it very unpleasant to stay in those rooms. This includes the 2 smaller bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor. We kept the doors closed as much a possible to keep the smell out, as the present air fresheners we not up to the job. One last thing that surprised us a bit is that the patio garden is nice, but there are multiple balconies above it therefore limiting the privacy you have in it. Some people would not mind it, but we were a bit disappointed by it.

Miquel's home is beautiful and well-equipped. It was clean and had lots of room for everyone. It has a lovely courtyard, which due to bad weather we did not get to use, but it was a beautiful outdoor space allowing lots of natural light into the living and dining areas. Parking in front of the home in the street was easy. Miquel was super helpful about everything. Sofa was comfortable, beds were comfortable. Easy walk to supermarkets and restaurants in town.

Very nice house away from the touristic crowds in a nice village with very nice square and several caffes and restaurants. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming people and made everything possible for us to have a great holiday.

The place was very nice to stay if you plan to visit the island. You will have approximately the same distance (time) to visit locations on each side (coast) of Mallorca. The apartment was spacious but only some rooms might be use to sleep in. Nice patio - some plants and table to seat and eat. Parking on the street but no problem with finding a place to park. Good communication with the owner of the apartment. Beautiful beach in 15 min driving. Washing machine and dishwasher working good - in use every day.

We had invasion of ants during our stay. :( Very noisy in the morning in the bedroom on the ground floor (street noise). Air Conditioning only in one bedroom and the living room - it was very hot in the bedroom on the ground floor at night.
