Location was excellent for us we needed the exercise so didn't mind the hill Car Park under property was great and came with the apartment The apartment was perfect apart from what we didn't like listed below

Let down by easily fixed issues If there had been a dishwasher that would have been better Also the hot water flow was awful and it took ages to shower or wash dishes Also the couch in main room not very comfy The photo on the website showed balcony sun lounger but non were available when we were there

Excellent location, close to the town and beach. Clean and tidy. Welcome lift in the building which was great after the walk up from the town.

Loungers could be supplied on the patio

This is a great location and there is an elevator also a street level access at the back of the complex from the pool level. We have stayed in a few places in the area and this by far has the best view. There is lots of room in the apartment and it is two floors, well equipped bathrooms and kitchen. The barbecue is a nice addition. Met the president of the homeowners association and she seems like a lovely lady and made contact with a couple of neighbors in the building all seem to be great people. It's location is within a few minutes walking distance to several fantastic restaurants and in my opinion after staying in Tenerife a few times this area of Tenerife is the best if you want to get away from the loud crowd and some of the other tourist centers.

The internet was extremely slow equivalent to dial up. You could not stream any video without being paused every 2 minutes. The TV channel seem to be Spanish only and are of the entry level subscription for TV. I was traveling with a Amazon fire stick with my own apps on it and this would not work with the ridiculously slow internet. We use our phones for hotspots to provide data for laptops and notepads. I also mentioned that even downloading websites was extremely slow on par with 1990s internet. We were there for 12 days and the last 4 days the internet was not working at all, in fairness I did not contact the people that look after the building until we were leaving because it didn't matter as it was useless to start with.
