Excellent location, great bakery for breakfast across the road, spacious apartment and comfortable

La ubicación. Tiene ascensor. Tiene muchos lugares cerca donde tomar algo. Es grande y caben bastantes personas. Tiene un parking cerca y otros servicios.

A 2 de las camas les faltaba una pata y se cayó un niño al suelo a media noche. Los percheros no estaban completos en alguna habitación o no existían. En los baños también faltaban toalleros. Había 3 cuartos de baño, pero solo se `podía usar la ducha de uno cada vez. Uno de los baños hacía mucho ruido la cisterna. Por la noche había muchísimo ruido de la calle y no se podía dormir hasta muy tarde. Incómodo para utilizar las mesas, en especial la de la cocina.

Location was superb, very spacious accomodation, great value and ideal for what we required it for.

Access was through links, not very reliable, and delayed us accessing the room, shower had a reduced pressure so unable to use. Both of these issues contributed to 7 out of 10, Easley fixed and it would make it a fantastic accomodation.

The location was very close to the cathedral, the river and bars. The owner was very helpful and excellent communication. We had a problem fixed on a public holiday within 2 hours of notifying them

Perfect location in Old Town of Burgos, with cafès, restaurants & shops on the street.

We found access to the apartment difficult at first, the instructions were very detailed, but we had to try a few times before the locks released. Not a huge problem, we just had to be patient!
