La vivienda estaba situada cerca de la playa. La vivienda era grande y contaba con dos baños y un aseo. Cochera para coche, patio trasero con mesa y sillas. Muy amable la persona de la inmobiliaria que recepciona. Intenta solucionar problemas.

Con respecto a las viviendas colindantes presenta un aspecto de dejadez. Le falta pintura y sus puertas están oxidadas. Los electrodomésticos están rotos. (Microondas y horno.) En general, la vivienda presenta un aspecto sucio.
