"Perfect for a family"

Theres is space and it is very clean. The pool is perfect. The restaurant is very good. You need a car to stay here but it is great, away from the wild tourist areas and close to the most wonderful beach in Sa rapita, sant jordi colony etc. To shop you need to drive to Campos but it is a great place. We are coming back.

When a house was being cleaned and there was gardening work it was some noise. Specially from the gardening as the machines were very old, but ok it was to accept.

The house was well equipped with all necessary machines as well as 3 televisions with YouTube and Netflix.

The mattresses were in a catastrophic state with a hole in the middle. On the 5th day I've had sharp back pains. The house was well cleaned except for the floor where it was dirty, we had to sweep it up as soon as we arrived.

"Perfect place for great family holidays."

Perfect place for great family holidays. The house is quite big: 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 3 toilets, small garden and terrace. There is everything what you need and even more (e.g. Nespresso coffee machine, free parking). The swimming pool is just 2 min away. The host is very friendly and supportive. We will be happy to come back.

It is important to rent a car to experience the island. Public transportation is very limited.

The staff were helpful and the food and staff at the onsite restaurant were amazing.

The air conditioner upstair didn't work so we spent 4 nights suffering. My husband slept outside and my mom is going through menopause so she ended up sleeping on the couch downstairs. The air conditioner was fixed on our last night.

"Not a pleasant at this place."

Location

I made a reservation for 5 guests from the very beggining. Once at the place, they charged me add 40€ for the fifth bed. Also, I was requested a 150€ cash as deposit. I counted them and gave them. On the following day the sent me a sms saying that I had given only 100€ instead of the requested 150€. Despite I confirmed my understanding I wasn't returned the 150€ but only 100€.
