The convenience to the town, shops etc

All of us thought the beds were a bit hard I sent an email about a jacket left behind but haven't had a reply. Can you check it out for me please and get reception to respond

Location is good

Condition is poor, needs a total refurbishment. Limited crockery, mugs etc for our group.

The property was close to a local shop and you were able to use the hotel facilities

We were not informed that the villa is actually part of the hotel and you had to check in at the hotel lobby. Hotel guests do sometimes walk down the path and into the villas garden as you are sat around the pool. The condition of the villa is “tired” and there is no usable wifi. Showers are poor The kitchen facilities are very basic and the kitchen is overrun by ants - while not uncommon in Spain, I felt that it was excessive to have thousands of ants across the wall and out the window every time a crumb of food was left on the side. The whole place just feels very basic and unloved, feet missing off chairs and generally lacking in any kind of quality for the price that is paid.

That the house is like 2 separate buildings with 2 front doors, on our last day tje villa was broken into and stuff taken and staff didnt want to know so now im home and have to try get a crime number to claim on insurance, also 3 times during our stay I had to tell other guests to get out of our private pool as it wasn't cut off anyone could walk around
