"Great location"

Location..just a few minutes from restaurants and the beach. Ideally suited for anyone. Spacious apartment with everything you need and nice outdoor patio and seating area.

The beds were very uncomfortable. We stayed 4 weeks and the bed seemed worse as the weeks went on. Springs could be felt through the mattress. Large tree on patio blocked the sun later in the day and could have been cut right back. Several loose tiles on the floor. A little tlc would make the place more pleasant. Eric the host was lovely and replied quickly.

"Fantastico soggiorno a Puerto del Carmen"

Tutto. La posizione pochi metri e arrivi in spiaggia, lungomare meraviglioso, casa silenziosa e super accogliente. C'era tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di più giorni. Abbiamo sfruttato la cucina e il giardino con il patio. Siamo stati benissimo. Il gestore super disponibile ci aiutati in tutto. Casa pulitissima e comoda.

"Nice with outside patio and good location but inside had a very low standard."

POOR CLEANING! One bedroom filthy and not cleaned Beds uncomfortable . Hazardous sewer smell in bathroom. Sewer vent TERMINATED in bathroom. Only covered by tape.

"Great place to stay!"

We had an excellent stay here, its just off the "strip" but quiet and very safe. 4 of us stayed and there was plenty room. Bedrooms are spacious with great storage space. Good shower. Living room has comfy sofa which dips a bit in the corner 😜 a bit challenging after a couple of honey rums🤣 Kitchen has plenty of plates, glasses etc. Washing machine is easy to use. Outdoor space is a great place to gather round. I would not hesitate to return and recommend to others.

"Perfect stay for New Year 2024/25"

Great location and great host… plenty of toiletries if needed and great selection of UK to and movies

Bed could have been slightly more comfortable, but this would be a personal preference
