Freshly renewed and decorated, with a lovely terrace.

This is a gem of a house, an oasis of calm and comfort in a bustling, vibrant city. The clever use of space inside makes this spacious for 4 adults and the garden is beautiful. Short drive from the airport, bars & restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and main centre a short walk away makes this ideal accommodation for a city break.

Nothing, it was perfect.

A wonderful apartment with large windows opening to the terrace, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped with convenient appliances, and the beds are very comfortable. Great location, just a 12-minute walk to the city center, an 11-minute walk to the nearest Mercadona (huge supermarket).

It’s a bit far from the beach. The capsules provided for the coffeemaker didn’t fit. You will be charged separately for the AC use.

The accommodation was excellent - clean, modern and very secure.

The road outside could be quite noisy - principally from the bus stop directly outside and the neighbour at 1 side ( at night).

True to the pictures it was high quality, exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor area - peaceful to relax in after a busy day. Great location too, only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Palma, with the cafes, bars & restaurants of the district even closer. Would highly recommend on all fronts. Communication for check-in etc was easy and efficient and Stefan was incredibly helpful - personally making sure we arrived on time for a special event after our taxi failed to arrive.

This property has everything you require for a short or long stay .The stunning garden off the living area is beyond perfect .Stefan could not have been more helpful prior to and following our arrival with basic info and additional suggestions re restaurants etc nothing was too much trouble

Absolutely nothing not to like in this quiet street and stunning accommodation

Fantastic location with short stroll into Palma centre. Santa Catalina itself boasts lots of local bars and restaurants and a great indoor market. The Property was exceptionally clean and well equipped. great outdoor space for warmer weather. Aircon that also provided heating for colder months. Dishwasher and washing machine a bonus!

Lots of renovations going on in neighbouring property which was noisy, however this did not affect us too much as we were out most of the day. Indoor security cameras which we appreciate are there for that purpose, however would have appreciated being advised of these and whether switched on 24/7 as then conscious of privacy issues.
