Die Klima war kaputt, angeblich gab es in der Region einen Stromausfall. Als Alternative haben wir ein mobiles Klimagerät mit zwei Ventilatoren bekommen. Das Klimagerät war allerdings sehr laut und zudem musste man den Schlauch aus dem Fenster hängen lassen - sprich zum schlafen unbrauchbar. Zudem hatten wir zwei Schlafzimmer. Auf Nachfrage hat die Unterkunft das Problem lapidar weggewischt, indem sie uns auf die Aussage es sehr sehr warm (täglich 32-35°C) gefragt haben, wo wir denn herkommen, da es doch gar nicht so warm sei ... so etwas ist inakzeptabel. Auf Nachfrage, wann die Klimaanlage denn wieder funktioniert wurde gesagt, dass sie bereits für eine Reparatur bezahlt hätten und nun eben warten müssten, da man ja auf einer Insel ist. Sorry, aber Mallorca ist nicht Coconut Island. Erst nach 5 Tagen wurden die Klimaanlage repariert. Eine Entschädigung wurde abgelehnt ohne Vorschlag oder den Willen einen geeigneten Kompromiss zu finden. Letztendlich muss man booking.com hier loben, die uns 20% des Preises als Guthaben erstattet haben. Ansonsten roch ist in einem Bad sehr modrig, der eine Duschkopf war kaputt und die Ausstattung der Küche war auch sehr spärlich. Der Pool könnte auch mal wieder eine Renovierung vertragen, zeichnete sich an den Wänden Schimmel ab. Alles in allem stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier einfach hinten und vorne nicht. Für 340€ die Nacht kann man selbst in der Hauptsaison einfach mehr erwarten.

Sitio idilico, para descansar en familia, muy muy bonito, con instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y una atencion perfecta. Un mini paraiso en medio de Mallorca en Agosto. Repetiremos segurisimo. Desayuno muy completo.

Nada, todo era idilico.

La signora Natalia è stata scortese ed arrogante sin dall inizio delle conversazioni e ne abbiamo avuto conferma quando siamo arrivati in struttura e ci accorgiamo che il condizionatore non funziona, con temperature esterne vicine ai 40 gradi. All interno delle stanze le temperature oscillavano tra i 30/32 gradi ed era impossibile dormire. Nessuno ci aveva informato di questo presunto problema prima dell arrivo e quando lo abbiamo fatto notare alla “simpatica” signora Natalia ci ha detto che era un nostro problema, conservando sempre il suo tono altezzoso. Per fortuna avevamo prenotato solo 2 giorni in questo inferno e sicuramente non ci torneremo mai più. Allego le foto con il dettaglio del condizionatore portatile degli anni 80 installato in mala maniera che, oltre a fare un casino insopportabile, non raffreddava per niente.

Y a pas de climatisation dans les appartements, depuis fort longtemps et le problème persiste, apparemment y aurait des problèmes avec le réparateur ( problème qui est réglé avec avocat en justice) , donc il fait une chaleur insupportable dedans, elles ont mis un ventilateur dans la chambre quand même, mais il fesai chaud pareil , la porte de l’appartement ne fermais pas à clefs, seul les volets fermais! Extérieur negligé… conclusion nous avons eu très chaud

Avoid the disaster. After seeing reviews on booking.com with so many reviews complaining about the AC, I messaged the owner in advance to check the status, in return she promised that AC is working (1st July). After arrival, it turns out that the AC is not working and she claimed that it was broken posterior to the message. I highly question this, given that more guests already reported the malfunction AC before my message. And after all, I found the staff lack of communication and honesty, especially when I wrote in advance that this was concerning to health. As we arrived late to the property, we reached out the owner late in evening to find a solution. Unfortunately, we only got very unsympathetic response telling us that it was late and that nothing they could do. Trust me, this isn’t really the kind of attitude you would want for you holiday property host. Next day, after one full morning of negotiation, the owner finally agreed on refunding the rest of the nights we booked. With that, we found a cheaper, more comfortable, better located, AC provided room. So, again, avoid this chaos, you will thank yourself for making right decisions.
