Due to the situation of the property, before accepting any reservation, it is important to know the ages of the clients since if they are not families, they must be over 27 years of age. Costs to be paid at destination directly at the owner not included in the price: - Electricity consumption: EUR 0.36/Kw (mandatory) - Tourism tax - The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform. Upon departure, it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of noncompliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
