We hebben onze borg van 200 euro nog steeds niet terug gekregen, we zijn hiermee opgelicht en gaan stappen ondernemen, heel vervelend allemaal.

This property could be a little gem in the heart of Marbella old town. 70m from the daily municipal market with lovely Tapas bars and a short walk down to the old town . Good size property but needs updated and modernised. Inside it lacks Air-con which is needed. My request for more fans was ignored by the check in staff. Outside the grounds are very poor with a pool that needs refurbed, ( dirty around the waterline) and it was obvious that the outside of the property had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Again nothing was done by property managers when reported. We booked the property 4 days before our visit due to another property letting us down and this one was good value for money. It is sad because this property has the potential to be an outstanding villa in a great location if given some TLC by the owners. Access to the property is not great as you have to go through heavy driveway gates as the main entrance was not available. Be aware that it lies up a short quite steep hill if you have trouble with walking.

The villa is very spacious and clean, beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to amenities and beach. Lots of restaurants and shops

The villa is situated on the top of a very steep hill. Not suitable for one with walking difficulties or wheelchair users, although it is only a short taxi ride to all the amenities.

This property is up a long steep hill in a residential area which it doesn’t mention. It wasn’t very clean and a good few ants. Food around the cooker, pool and patio areas were very dirty although they did send someone to clean pool while we were there. Property is tired and in need of painting especially around the beds. No air conditioning, 2 small fans, one of which didn’t work. We asked for more fans as it was extremely hot and we were told they would bring them but they didn’t. Only two sunloungers, again more promised but never appeared. Only 4 large towels given and told it was up to us to use the washing machine to wash them if we wanted more. There were 4 of us but apt sleeps 8. Lady who met us just took deposit (took 2 weeks to get a refund) gave keys and left, up to ourselves to work out the large bunch of keys left. During our stay the pool cleaner came and deadlocked the main steel doors. We eventually managed to unlock another set of steel entrance doors of which the lady Said there were no keys! This also shortened the hill (slightly) large security dog next door barked constantly every morning at 6am, great alarm clock! Wouldn’t go back to this property. It was an expensive property for 4 and would say it’s suitable for large groups that don’t mind any of the above.

Plenty of space, decent showers, nice patio area, pool and gardens. Lovely and private too. avocado tree growing over the patio which was lovely.

Some beds were not comfortable and the downstairs twin had very little furniture. we had a problem with ants but they brought spray for us, and no kettle but they sorted.
