The location was amazing and the top floor where the living room and kitchen were were fantastic! It was super spacious and again the location was really ideal--easy to drive to and park and the so close to town.

The overall layout is a little funky and the 4th bedroom is right off the garage. The garage and first bedroom are at garden level, then up a flight of stairs to the other bedrooms and bathrooms, and then up to the 3rd floor for the kitchen/living area/balcony. The place is listed as 4 bedroom, which it is technically, however, one of the bedrooms is directly off of the garage. We didnt up using it both because it smelled quite damp/mold-like and felt a little freaked out by it being so close to the garage and thus the outside (ie the garage door was the only security). I'm sure it would have been fine and while the extra room would have been nice we made do without it. Just FYI if you're counting on the 4th bedroom.
