Peaceful house set on a vineyard & work friendly

This property is a bit out of the way, very quiet and peaceful. The property is well equipped and well maintained.

For us the stay was perfect. You need to be prepared to travel by car for everything. There are no commercial shops within walking distance. The closest village is about a 15 minute drive . It's a bit of a thought process.

A fine house in a beautiful large garden with many fruit trees. Spacious kitchen with excellent oven and gas cooker. Excellent Wifi, inside and outside. Modern large TV with browser and Netflix. Good bed in spacious bedroom. Good shower. Washing machine. In a hamlet at the end of a dead-end narrow street. Valsequillo 10 min. Telde 20 min.

We were met by Javier who looks after the property she was very freindly and took us around the property and showed us how everything work and where things were also she checked in on us by text a couple of times during our stay,Loved the location, it is a little drive in all directions to reach the main tourist areas but it was very nice to have such a quiet peaceful place to retreat to at the end of each day, the property was well equipt with all the things to make your stay as close to being at home as possibe, for a place thats off the beaten track the WIFI was very good.There is a lovely BBQ area and gardens to sit in on a warm day/evening can get a bit cool in the evenings this time of year but the heating side of the air con worked very well to take the chill off very good holiday in deed.

No breakfast was provided or expected. Mapi's restaurant recommendations were excellent. The size of the steaks at the nearby Asador Grill Casa Brito were unbelievable and incredibly tasty! Casa Mario in Telde was also great. Your cave house is amazing! The local wine provided on arrival was fabulous as was the olive oil.

Location is fabulous apart from the very narrow and winding roads to get there. A bit daunting for an Englishman used to driving on the left. There's only one road in and it takes 20 minutes to reach less traumatic ones. The daily baker only carried one type and size of bread and the price went up during our stay. We ran out of toilet paper. We purchased the second bottle of local wine but the cork was already damaged and it tasted bad. The television channels seemed to be mostly in German. Our UK logins didn't work. Facilities list a bath, bathrobes and tumble drier, none of which were there.
