VIVIENDA VACACIONAL DON CRISTÓBAL

La casa es preciosa, muy espaciosa y en pleno centro. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia sin preocupaciones. Tener la cafetería zulay debajo ha sido un plus.

El ruido de los alrededores.

EL trato de Ofelia fue esquisito. La ubicación es muy buena , muy centrica. Cuesta aparcar eso si ya que hay muchas calles peatonales. La casa muy bien, muy limpia, muy dotada. Casa antigua, techos altos, mucha madera, con una decoración rustica muy bonita. Muy amplia. Falta quizas algún ventilador en las habitaciones , aunque por la noche no era necesario (Agosto). En fin repetiremos cuando volvamos a La Palma.

Nada en general todo perfecto con la estancia.

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and with high ceilings. Large windows and its central location are in plus. Also, vicinity of a covered market with fresh vegetables and fruits is nice, as well as the fact that a good bakery is on the ground floor of the same building. Ofelia, the host, is very helpful and responsive. I read all those opinions that the flat is noisy, but for us it was not a big problem. The mentioned advantages overpass it. We could sleep without a problem in the main bedroom on the first floor, but in case it is too noisy, there is also additional bedroom on the second floor, which is not noisy at all.

It was lovely staying in such a beautiful apartment with huge windows and lots of natural light. It also had a roof terrace that we could lounge on when it was sunny.

One of the bedrooms is quite noisy at night because it is on a main road junction.

The owner met us at the door to let us in to the property, she was very helpful and showed us round. The location is right in the center of the old city, close to the shops and restaurants, the food market is over the road and very close to a handy supermarket, the beach is a 2-minute walk away, the location is noisy early morning as any city center, but there is a second floor with another double bedroom at the back of the property which is very quiet. This property is not suitably for anyone with mobility problems as there are steep stairs, we are a family with a 5 and 3 year old and loved the space. It is a lovely old traditional property, and the photos don't do it justice. There is also a coffee shop below that sells great coffee.
