Casa Roca

Very comfortable house, clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, a bit distance from town centre but quiet location and nice view.

Wifi didn't work during my stay...

The property was spacious and well equipped. The owners were very quick to respond to any of our questions and we had a very pleasant stay. Beds were very comfortable and for 2 families we had all the space we needed without being on top of each other. There was a lovely welcome package of water, coffee and some wine which was needed after a long flight with children! We also appreciated that there was a pull out sofa in the room downstairs which worked really well as one of the children was unwell and meant that they could sleep closer to parents. Lots of outside space and the neighbours were very friendly. The walk to the beach was 40 minutes and downhill, we walked it back a few times but also got a taxi which wasn’t expensive.

The only downside to the property for us was the staircase, travelling with small children meant it was a hazard and would have benefitted with a stair gate to prevent any accidents. Unfortunately the baby pool was also out of use which was a shame when travelling with a 1 year old but this was not a negative to the property owners and more the complex managements problem to fix.

Nice spacious place , All organised

The house was perfect for two couples. Plenty of personal space. Very clean. Comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

The rear balconies although spacious, are overlooked by neighbours - so not very private. The recliner/outdoor chairs were not in the best condition. Very firm bed mattresses - may be fine for some folk, but not for me. Not sure I'd return - only because of the distance to town. A very nice 30 minute stroll down hill. A taxi was always available in town for the return journey (no more than 5 euros). A little hint - ask your taxi driver to drop you off at 'Rodrigo Mendez, 60' - the name of the residential estate, and the house number.

Everything else was perfect...best house we have ever stayed in...plenty of room for everyone...beds were very comfortable...toilet/bathroom on every floor ...the house has a variety of terraces so you can chase the sun on every balcony / outside space ...hiring a car is a good shout for this property as it is at the top of the hill...which means you can also explore the island if you wanted to... Otherwise exceptional....

The outside furniture was dated...The bed settee was broken on arrival
