Fantastic interior

I was reminded to respect a delay of 30 minutes before arriving. This is a misunderstanding: I made the reservation in front of the location. When I phoned the number I was told I could enter within 10 minutes. I noticed a person arriving at the location but waited respectfully another 20 minutes before ringing the bell. So where is the problem.
