"Debe mejorar mantenimiento y limpieza"

Lo mejor la ubicación, y la arquitectura del entorno y del propio apartamento. La comunicación con el propietario también fue buena aunque fue para resolver problemas.

La cocina completamente sucia, mal estado de menaje de cocina es urgente sustituirlo. Aparcamiento complicado. No hay calefactor en baños y para duchar a niños hace frío.

Da casa sem condições, da assistência/apoio ao check in/out, inexistente 🫣, pequeno almoço horrível, condições da casa muito más, uma experiência horrível, uma fraude, infelizmente a pior experiência a nível de alojamento, a nunca mais repetir, perfeitamente HORRÍVEL, um autêntico ENGANO 👎👎👎👎

el dueño nos estaba esperando para darnos las llaves y enseñarnos la casa, Es una casa grande en pleno centro de Carmona, Todo estaba muy limpio y las camas comodas. En la cocina tenian de todo para poder desayunar.

Fabulosa casa, llegas con el coche a la puerta para poder descargar, el anfitrión te da las llaves personalmente. Casa muy amplia, limpia, en pleno centro y con encanto especial. Dejaron todo lo necesario para un buen desayuno.

"Una casa con encanto"

La casa es enorme y está bien situada, la cocina es genial. El dueño deja detallitos para poder tomar algo al levantarte aunque no es un desayuno como tal.

El precio era caro pero como toda la zona. Y la calefacción me pareció escasa aunque es normal supongo q están más preparados para el calor de Sevilla que para el frío. La distribución del salón queda la tele muy lejos del sofá y hay una mesa en medio.

"It is a beautiful house at a great location."

We like Carmona, it has lots of historical attraction and it is filled with cultural trace. We like the house, it looks authentic and classic, it makes you feel that you are part of the local community. We like its location, we can walk to the cliff, the Michelin guide restaurant, the grocery store, the town center, and of course various historical attractions. The owner is remote but very attentive and helpful.

The house can see little sunlight, makes it dark without turning on the lights. It feels damp in the bathroom.
