This property is individual, we have a secondary separated property at the end of the backyard that has an individual entry for our personal use and is not included for the use of the reservations. When you book , we will not be using the pool and backyard as it will be exclusive for your use. Please note that for us to access our little backyard house our entry communicates with the backyard and pool.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Just out of the main town, charming property , much bigger than expected, beuitifully furnished

Couldn’t work the dishwasher, needed more mugs and a tea pot.

The property was fantastic, with everything that we needed. The owners met us on arrival and had provided a lovely basket of fruit, beer and wine which was very thoughtful. The accommodation is much bigger than the photos suggest and the outdoor space is very relaxing with lots of different seating areas. Looking at the mountains and orange/lemon trees from the garden was delightful. The property is in the heart of Soller but is lovely and quiet at night. We even managed to use the pool at the start of April! We are hoping to return to Soller next year and would love to stay at Calm House again.

"Topvakantie in prachtige, zeer complete casita."

Geweldige locatie, dicht bij centrum en toch behoorlijk rustig. Eigen parkeerplek in garage! Enorm leuk huis, sfeervolle en zeer complete inrichting. Bedden uitstekend, al zijn ze te kort voor ons (1.80 en langer). Keuken zeer goed uitgerust met allerhande keukengerei, bestek, oven, (af-)wasmachine, groot vriesgedeelte in koelkast enz enz. Heel attent is dat er veel gebruiksproducten en etenswaren al aanwezig waren: schoonmaakmiddelen, zeep, thee, kruiden en als welkomst ananas, aardbeien en biertjes. Heerlijke tuin met grote overdekte patio, zwembad en veel groen. Ligt naast een pittoresk riviertje. Mooie luxe lounge-seats, kussens, enz. Zeer compleet, schoon en uiterst smaakvol allemaal. De communicatie met gastheer (niet live gezien) verloopt goed, doch door gastheer in het Spaans, dus een vertaal-app is praktisch. De vriendelijke zoon vd eigenaren woont achterin de tuin en spreekt uitstekend Engels en kan dus ook goed helpen. De Wi-Fi is prima. De locatie van het huis en Soller zelf zijn allebei zeer aantrekkelijk. We komen graag terug!

De bedden zijn te kort voor gasten zoals wij: 192 resp. 180 in lengte. De badkamer is compleet, doch de douchecabine is nogal krap met douchegordijn dat tegen je aan flappert. Een vouwdeur of omklapdeurtjes zouden handiger zijn. Vanwege de locatie - vaak rustig, maar wel in de stad - kun je toch ook stadsgeluiden verwachten: wij bemerkten soms wat stevig geklus bij buren.
