🏡 Property Use and Access Rules Please read this information carefully before your arrival. 🔒 Property Access Visits are not permitted without prior authorization. All visits must be arranged before check-in. 👥 Permitted Occupancy Use of the property is limited to the number of people registered on the booking platform. Access to guests not included in the reservation will not be permitted. Any change in occupancy must be approved by the property owner and may incur an additional charge, always within the maximum permitted capacity. 🌞 Common Areas The pool, solarium, and chill-out area are shared with the property owner and those with authorized access. Please use these areas respectfully and responsibly. 🚫 Restricted Areas There are areas within the property to which access is not permitted. We appreciate it if these areas are respected at all times. 📅 Seasonal Availability The pool, solarium, and chill-out area will be available during the summer season, usually from June 30th to September 30th, subject to possible variations due to weather conditions.
