Villa très bien située par rapport aux plages, et en même temps très calme. Ambiance cosy, tout est fait pour s'y sentir bien ! Nous recommandons !!

Pas toujours facile de se garer dans la rue, il n'y a pas de parking attitré.

The house is a well kept property. Really homely and has anything you need, whether that be items in the kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, washing machine, parasols for the beach, iron...... And additional home comforts in other parts of the house, extra blankets, plenty of storage for clothes, sockets next to the bed.... The wi-fi is very good. The air conditioning is very good. The house is secure with lockable windows and doors, and lockable shutters. The outside area of the house is so pretty and has an under built area off the living room with a 6-seater table for outside eating. The view of the water and the mountains is lovely. The location for the beach was excellent. Literally less than 5 minute walk. For us, because we were in Alcúdia for the Ironman event, it was quite a decent walk of about 2.5km to the port area where the event was being held, that being said, when we didn't feel like walking Mallorcab is very efficient and once or twice after a long day we booked a cab on the app, which tells you how long the wait will be, and paid around €8-€10 to get home. It's more efficient and much cheaper than Uber. On the walk to the port we passed serval bars, coffee places, restaurants and shops. In the other direction, only 500m away, there is a large Eroski supermarket which is open everyday, it has a fresh meat/cheese counter and also has an asador for fresh cooked chickens. We would highly recommend Paraiso restaurant on the beachfront for food and drinks. (You can't miss it, huge turquoise sun canopies/umbrellas) Excellent service and friendly staff. We would also recommend Pippers Restaurant in the port area. Jaime is a treasure! His customer service is excellent - Pippers is lucky to have him!! And finally I definitely need to mention and thank Toni, who is an excellent host. His communication before, during and after our stay was 5-star. Thank you Toni.

Nothing! Except maybe the weather!, which no one can help with!! - We had some thunderstorms during the week, but even then, with the villa being so lovely, it was no problem to stay in and enjoy the rain sat outside but undercover!

The contact with Toni was perfect. The beach and the bus stop are a 5-minute walk away, and it’s wonderfully peaceful there.

The Location was perfect, 50 m from the lake and 500 m from the beautiful beach. Shopping posibility in Alcudia und Platja de Muro. The host was very friendly. The villa was very spacious and clean, had a big livingroom, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big terrace; the kitchen was a bit small but clean.

The third bedroom needs an air condition; the ceiling Fan is not sufficient in the Summertime.

Excellent location very good value and perfect size for my family (2 adults and 4 children aged between 22 and 1 years old) very clean with a lovely view of the nearby rowing lake. Would definitely stop again

The owner of private Villa helped me a lot, when I asked for taxi or towels to the beach without any problems he ensured them. Clean and comfortable 3 bedrooms apartment (upstairs), leaving room and kitchen (downstairs), two bathrooms. Near beautiful white sand beach.

One of bedroom doesn’t have air-conditioner.

The host was extremely helpful and informative…quick response was provided whenever we messaged him… the house is so amazing that we had a second thought on extending the stay.. everything is nearby … amazing property and location.. worth the money and time ….
