Casa Mykonos 1° linea de mar en Playa Blanca

We had a wonderful stay in this one-bedroom apartment in Playa Blanca. The apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bed was genuinely exceptional — a proper super king that was incredibly comfortable, not just two singles pushed together, which made such a difference. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish, and even though we arrived before check-in, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage, which was a huge bonus. The apartment is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxed, quiet holiday in a quieter location of Playa Blanca, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment.

The only minor downside for us was that, at first, it was a little tricky to identify nearby places to eat and drink without relying on Google Maps, and the walk to the marina took around 20–25 minutes, so it’s definitely on the outskirts of Playa Blanca. That said, once we got our bearings and found the spots we liked, we were more than happy with the location. This didn’t detract from our stay at all, and we would still absolutely recommend the apartment.

Accommodation was extremely clean, well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything necessary (there is no full-size oven but the small countertop one provided was adequate). The location is extremely quiet on a well maintained gated private complex and this particular apartment probably has some of the best sea views.

In terms of layout, it is most of the upstairs floor of the owner's house - there is a shared entrance and stairs with a (lockable) door at the end of the upstairs landing separating the two. The owner's son uses the only other upstairs room and as another review has mentioned, you are aware of this as the sounds of his comings and goings are clearly heard in the apartment due to the lack of soundproofing.

Cleanliness of apartment. Everything worked. Decorated with great taste. Lovely balcony with great views. Use of lovely communal swimming pool. Hosts were exceptional

We had a fabulous stay, we were welcomed by Valerie who showed us around which was nice, and made us feel at home. The the apartment was a nice size, was really well equipped, immaculately clean, and had a wonderful view. We did not need for anything, including lovely touches like beach towels and deckchairs to use, not that we did. The best restaurants were at the marina which was about a 20 minute walk away.

We sadly had a very wet afternoon when Storm Claudia hit on the Thursday, which was a real shame but not Valerie's fault obviously, we had an issue from this but have contacted Valerie directly about it, as luckily it doesn't rain much in Playa Blanca.

Everything needed for a comfortable stay was included- even beach towels and chairs! It was pristine clean. The owners left little treats which were really welcoming. They very kindly extended our checkout time to facilitate us.

The property is amazing. The sea views from the balcony and living area are stunning. The casa is decorated wonderfully and has a large very comfy bed. Bathroom great size with good shower. Everywhere very clean.

El apartamento como nuevo y bien cuidado. Tienen todos los detalles para q cuando llegues no te falte de nada. Las vistas de la terraza lo mejor. Piscina tb bien con hamacas propias. Tienen sombrilla y 2 sillas de playa lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Horno, micro, vitroceramica, cafetera, lavavajillas ..no falta de nada

Pasamos unos días maravillosos en este apartamento, que cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La tranquilidad del lugar es inmejorable, el piso es muy bonito y acogedor, y la cama resulta realmente cómoda. Además cuenta con terraza con unas preciosas vistas al mar, que hacen que la experiencia sea aún más especial. Agradezco el trato recibido por Valerie, la anfitriona, fue excelente: siempre atenta y amable. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos sin pensarlo.

Apartment was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The bed was massive and so comfortable. Huge bathroom with great shower and plenty of towels - for pool use too. Location was so peaceful and the pool was fantastic. Spacious balcony with space to eat and relax and fantastic sea views. Only a short stroll and we were on the promenade which stretched all the way to Playa Blanca. Hosts were great, allowing us to leave our bags on arrival and departure days.
