Villa Marina

La intimidad y lo tranquilo que era la zona muy cerca de la playa .

Los mosquitos ya que había esceso de algas en el mar y eso provocaba que uniera mas mosquitos de lo normal y la cama para mi gusto muy blanda .

La casa estaba muy limpia, contaba con lo que necesitábamos

Clean and comfortable space. Single floor with two bedrooms (double bed and single plus bunks) off the open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area which is a decent size. Suitable for a couple or small family. Kitchen appliances very clean. Good location with nearby bars and restaurants and very close to beach. Denia marina and town within walkable distance for good walkers (40 minutes). Helpful and responsive owner.

Limited outdoor space, which needs tidying up. Minor decorative issues. The pool (across the street in gated area) was not open, with building work taking place).

Location, clean, relatively cheap.

Noisy air conditioning. Difficult access after dark despite quite clear instructions.

The location was very walkable and just close enough to Denia. The amount of space was perfect and the apartment was very unique.

Unfortunately there was a moldy mildew smell that was liveable with a candle and open windows but difficult to eliminate.
