"Beautiful house, cool at all times in hot weather, but most of all perfect location."

Everything was amazing about this property, Pedro welcomed us, was prompt at our meeting time. Meeting time was also flexible to suit our arrival into the city. Pedro was polite, spoke English very well and explained every detail of the property. The proximity to Seville historical centre was fantastic. The layout of the house was great with a beautiful balcony on the rooftop. The rooms all had air con which kept it all cool. Beds were superbly comfortable. I cannot fault it one bit. This is a must for families of 5+ persons.

Spacious, well equipped and good location to restaurant and attractions.

As this is a villa of 4 storey means there are stairs. Plus point is that there is a room at ground floor.
