Kritisch ist eine Anreise Anfang Januar. Dann ist das Haus unterkühlt und die bei Booking.com ausgewiesene Heizung entpuppte sich als winziger Randiater, der mehr Geräusche als Wärme produzierte. Thomas, der Besitzer, hatte uns auf Anfrage einen zweiten geräuschvollen Radiator zur Verfügung gestellt. Fazit: von Februar bis Dezember ist das Ferienhaus sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben festgestellt, das dieses Problem in La Palma auch in anderen Ferienhäuser existiert. Also bitte nicht alles glauben, was in den Hausbeschreibung als Haus mit Heizung beschrieben wird.

Not enough sockets for charging electronics. You could choose to use lamp at bad or charging.

We had an amazing stay at Casa El Mirador. First, the views are amazing, the apartment has a wide open window, great for sunrise, sitting area outside with lounging chairs was a great bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed, bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable... BUT, most of all, Tomás was a great host! Very easy to communicate and to check in. We had the great visit of two cutest kittens - they don't belong to the owner but he was nonetheless looking into ways to give them a better life <3. It broke our heart to leave the kittens behind, as they were super friendly and enjoyed company, but we know that they live in the best spot on the island, Casal El Mirador with the best host.

To be honest, we had such a great time that I have to think a bit more about what was missing. Little details: extension cord next to the bed would be useful

Esta en un lugar privilegiado, con unas vistas y tranquilidad impagables, una terraza equipada con tumbonas y mesa para sentarse y olvidarse del tiempo. Dentro es comoda y con lo necesario, no es lujosa; el lujo esta en la vista majestuosa. El dueño es amble y atento

Hay q tener cuidado porque la propiedad tiene dos espacios en alquiler pero las fotos estan todas juntas y puede q no estes reservando lo que esperas. Tambien estaria bien q haya un horno y espacio para separar la basura
