Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage – man ist vollkommen ungestört und erreicht Cala Rajada in nur etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief immer schnell und problemlos.

Das einzige ist, dass die Einrichtung etwas schlicht wirkt, mit ein paar zusätzlichen Deko-Elementen könnte es noch gemütlicher sein.

Tranquilidad, ubicación, limpieza, personal muy atento.

La casa tiene distintas semi plantas. Para acceder a los baños hay que subir distintos tramos de escalones. A tener en cuenta a los efectos de accesibilidad. Por lo demás, todo ha estado muy bien.

The pool was really nice, the covered terrace was really nice, most of the house was renovated nicely.

The kitchen was really bad - old appliance that did not work properly. The contents in the kitchen were lacking, so difficult to cook. And the kitchen had a big ant problem, when we toke food on the kitchen table, there was hundreds of very small ants within minutes, the owner came twice to try to fix the problem but that did not help. The only way to fix that problem, is to demolish the old kitchen. (seems like that is the only room in the house missing a renovation) Another ting, that they should tell you is that you have a neighbor property right next to you. We thought we had a house with no neighbor
