Family Bungalow La Zenia Beach

La cercanía a la playa caminando, lo tranquilo que es , lo silenciosa que es la zona para descansar , todo limpio , equipado al 100 , el contacto con los dueños excelente, repetiremos :)

Había algunas hormigas en la entrada , propia de la zona de costa , compramos un anti insectos y solucionado pero estaría bien que lo tuviesen ya en el alojamiento por si acaso .

Location perfect for us

Main bedroom mattress needs attention. A bit more hot water needed

The location was great, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The apartment had all the basic essentials needed for a comfortable stay. When I couldn’t get the TV working, the host responded promptly and helped resolve the issue, which I appreciated. There is a washing machine, although no washing liquid was provided, thankfully I was able to get some from my mum who lives nearby. The downstairs toilet was convenient. The terrace was lovely, with a nice seating area off the bedroom and another seating area outside to relax.

Unfortunately, noise was a major issue. A family staying next door could be heard constantly. it genuinely felt like we were in the same room. They had two children, and the lack of soundproofing really disturbed my peace. I raised this with the owner, who apologised and advised that they are only there a few times per year?! The bed is extremely uncomfortable and very noisy. I informed the owner, and the proposed solution was to push the two single beds together in the second bedroom. I was also told she was unaware of the issue, which was surprising as several previous reviews mention the bed. The sink and shower filled up very quickly, suggesting a blockage (possibly hair) or a drainage issue. There is no wardrobe in the master bedroom the only wardrobe is in the twin room. This would be impractical if two couples or a family were staying, as there would be nowhere to store clothes. The sofa in the living room was fine for me as a solo traveller, but it would be too small for a family. Finally, there is a camera positioned by the owner pointing towards the outdoor seating area. This was not declared and felt like an invasion of privacy.

Location is great, close to La Zenia beach, parking was easy, garden was lovely and is a little suntrap. The host met us at the property and everything was explained to us. Having a washing machine was very handy.

The property is lovely and clean, it's in a quiet area and is a two up, two down. It does what it says on the tin

Caterina, the host kept in touch via WhatsApp and was there with a friendly smile to greet us on arrival.

Great central location to everything. Couple minute walk from the beach. Available parking. Clean and comfortable. Owner were attentive. We will book again.
