Villa La Perla De Sonabia

Mooie locatie en een hele behulpzame eigenaar. Zeer goed bereikbaar. Het huis was prima, maar wel duur.

De dekbedden waren vies en bruin, wel schone lakens. Ook het bed in de grote slaapkamer was erg hard en oncomfortabel.

Han sido unas vacaciones ideales, la casa muy grande, espaciosa y con todas las comodidades, como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. No le faltaba de nada. La ubicación perfecta, una zona muy tranquila, playas muy salvajes... Ver el amanecer sobre el mar desde la ventana de la habitación no tiene precio. Los anfitriones muy amables, con mucha información y consejos sobre la zona y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Para repetir

La casa, las vistas de la casa (se puede ver el mar y la montaña desde las ventanas ) y la zona donde se ubica son espectaculares, Alfredo el dueño de la casa es muy amable, te da todo tipo de consejos sobre la zona ( actividades, qué ver, donde comer...). La casa tiene todo lo necesario y está en una urbanización muy tranquila

Por decir algo, para acceder al salón hay que subir escaleras lo cual al llevar una persona en silla de ruedas nos dificultó un poco( si no llevas silla de ruedas no hay problema alguno), en la planta de abajo hay una habitación y se puede acceder a la casa por el garaje sin escaleras lo que ayuda mucho.

La zona es excelente, es una maravilla el paisaje. El personal muy amable, te proporciona mucha información de todo y está siempre atento, la casa está genial y las camas y los sofás son comodisimos.

The location of the house was great. Very peaceful and quiet, particularly as we went out of the summer season.

I don't really have any negatives about the property.

The views from the villa are superb, and there are many interesting places nearby to visit. We loved being able to walk to the beach and to introduce my small granddaughter to the sea. The living room is very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Our host had provided a cot for my daughter's baby, which was much appreciated. It was great to have three lovely bathrooms between the six of us. We appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine.

The parking isn't straightforward, and my son-in-law scraped the side of his car as we arrived. The twin beds in the downstairs bedroom were disappointing - not very comfortable. On our final night a group of young adults, who had just arrived in the house next door, were very noisy, playing football and throwing each other into the swimming pool after midnight, which woke the baby and gave us all a difficult night. But before that (we were there for a week) it had been wonderfully quiet. More coffee mugs would have been helpful.

Very comfortable and clean house with a beautiful garden in a quiet place by the ocean. The owner is extraordinary nice and helpful. We followed his suggestions for visiting many lovely and interesting places in North Spain. We stayed 2 weeks there. After one week the house was cleaned and towels and bed linen were changed free of charge. Two beautiful beaches can be reached after a short walk along the coast. I recommend this house to anyone who wants to relax in a beautiful and peaceful environment.

We really enjoyed everything about it! The house is wonderful, the place is picturesque. The owner is very friendly.
