Wunderschöne Finca mit super Ausstattung. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles sehr sauber. Drei große Schlafzimmer mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick in das Orangental. Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz, was für Biniaraix perfekt ist. Ideal für einen Besuch in der Region um Sóller.

Wunderschönes Häuschen. Schön dekoriert und es lädt ein zum wohlfühlen, nicht nur wegen der geschmackvollen Ausstattung sondern auch weil alles so wundervoll verwinkelt ist. Und natürlich der Ort, er wirkt wie aus einem Film.

Die Luftfeuchtigkeit ist manchmal etwas zu hoch und im unteren Bad kann es ab und zu mal zu Kanalgeruch kommen. Da hilft dann die Lüftung ganz gut - wir hatten aber auch tagelang über 30 grad..

Casa de rêve. L’emplacement au pied des montagnes offrait une vue exceptionnelle. La grande terrasse était sublime pour l’apéro et les soupers. Petit village (Bianaraix) était vraiment mignon avec un très bon resto muni d’une belle terrasse donnant sur une cour intérieure. Très belle localisation pour la randonnée au cœur des oliveraies, des orangers et des citronniers.

Les très petites rues étroites pour se rendre à la casa. Prière d’avoir la plus petite auto possible. Les marchés alimentaires sont à environ 3 km de la casa.

Bathrooms could be updated with better showers….but still fine

The location provides with amazing views and very nice part of the island. The property itself is very spacious, with two terraces (one at the rooftop) as well as 3 double bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

1. The property was full of ants, so you cannot leave any food leftovers unattended, but have to hide them in the fridge. 2. The coffee machine is broken. Hence if you want to have a morning coffee, you have to drive as all cafeterias around the property are closed. 3. The location itself is a bit tricky for those who are not used to driving in narrow streets. Parking is 5 minutes walk from the property as well. 4. If the property would have a swimming pool, it would be top class :)

The house was great. Really well presented and an outside area with fabulous views. We had a great time.

The town has narrow streets, which is part of the charm, but can make driving tricky. I recommend parking in the off-site parking (follow the directions provided) and walk the short distance to the house rather than trying to drive around to much.

What a beautiful property, location perfect - thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

Street parking can be a little tight - hire a small car
