very cozy house. quiet, calm, harmony with nature. really liked the interior in the house, the fireplace warmed us in the evenings, wonderful clean air, the territory is green and well-kept. we will definitely use it again, and will recommend it. Thank you!!!

La tranquilidad

There are multiple houses on the same plot, each with own semi-private garden and BBQ area. The accessible area is pretty big (though useless - see below). The house we stayed was an example of traditional house, which was interesting. In the same time, it had modern furniture and equipment. It was innocuously clean and we have got fresh bouquets and fruits!

The communication with property was terrible - the owner didn’t reply to my messages, SMS, calls before the check in. While Pepe did meet us at the property, he didn’t speak any English and communication via translate app was clumsy. He gave us another number for SMS, but didn’t return them either. The house we stayed is partially built into hillside, and all stone, so quite cold (the temperature inside was 17-18 C). There were heaters in bedroom and bathroom, but the kitchen and living room were quite cool. While the territory is big, it is quite undeveloped and doesn’t feature any pretty spaces for resting. Because of the climate on Teide slope everything was very dump and on some days everything smelled moldy. The weather in this part of La Orotava was also quite wet and gloomy.

The accommodation is located in a park which is wonderful but considering the facilities it is overpriced.

The house is simply beautiful! We were so happy there and vould have stayed easily another week. The whole areal is stunning, lots of beautiful plants, its very quiet - you dont even hear the street. The style of the houses is amazing and we felt at home from the first minute. The kitchen with the old stove is so cool and we also used the bbq outside. We loved heating with the pellets stove, its so cozy. I highly recommend it if you look for an authentic, quiet, marvellous place to stay.
