The accommodation itself is nice.

At first, we had no hot water, only cold. In addition, there was no air conditioning. We had to call the company to request either a fan or possibly even a different accommodation. In the end, however, we only received two fans for four bedrooms – and we already had one that was half broken. The three nights were very uncomfortable, as it was the middle of summer and only our apartment had no air conditioning, while all the others on the street were equipped with it. The neighbor living below us was also very unfriendly.

No puedo valorar esta estancia porque el dia de antes de nuestra llegada ,me mandaron un correo electrónico diciéndome que nos anulaban esta casa porque habia habido un problema de mantenimiento y nos realojaron en un ático en pleno centro de Granada,que por una parte nos vino casi que mejor porque estabamos cerca de todo. Tengo que decir que el ático en sí estaba bien,pero con algunas deficiencias como que el aparato del aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba, llamé y al dia siguiente mandaron a un chico a revisarlo y no lo pudo arreglar. Por otra parte,los bordes de la ventana de uno de los baños tenía humedad y moho y eso que era un ventanal nuevo.El microondas no tenia plato dentro para dejar un recipiente y calentarlo y tuvimos que poner un plato y sin problema y la terraza la vi con un poco de falta de mantenimiento y limpieza,por lo demás bien.

One of the bathrooms had a bad smell. It has a limited hot water capacity for showers. No parking.

Everything, especially the terrace off the kitchen and the nice open living area space. Great beds/linen. We were a family of 6 adults and we really enjoyed our stay. Parking at San Cristobal is very reasonable at 15€/day. Communication with the host was excellent, and being in the Albaicín area was a privilege in our opinion!

The shower in the en-suite needs updating, just a suggestion - it didn't detract from our stay!

Gorgeous design, so clean and very comfortable beds and spacious and bright! We love making coffee and I really appreciated they had the simple stove top coffee maker that took regular grounds instead of just having the very common pod machines that are fairly wasteful.

It was rainy and chilly when we were there and the apartment got a little chilly and only had portable radiator heaters. It had floor heating, but it wasn't working during our stay.

Home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood (Alhacaba) and close to tourist attractions. House was clean and it has everything you need for your stay. Great size bedrooms and beds. Check-in was extremely easy.

Roads are narrow in that side of town so if you're renting a big car you should take extra precautions. Beds were a little on the firmer end.
