Great Location

Excellent house in brilliant location with a great host who communicates very well. Very stylishly decorated with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The roof terrace is amazing and catches the sun all through the day. Right in the centre of the old town near the restaurants and shops. Maybe 30 minutes walk to the Port and the p L’Arenal beach. We highly recommend this property.

We loved the place! The house is very beautifull and the location was perfect for us - at the heart of the narrow streets of Xábia historic centre. Amy was very helpful and gave us great suggestions. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. We felt at home. We definitely recommend a visit to Xábia and its wonderful beaches, and this house is the perfect place to stay. Thank you Amy 😊

Casa en Grenyo is a lovely historical house renovated in a very sympathetic way. Everything you need for your stay is there, and Javea old town is literally on your doorstep! Amy was a great host and the house is stylish and comfortable. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the views of Mount Montgo. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, very much Spanish, which we loved. Little boutiques are popping up in the town, and being pedestrianized it's very quiet. Parking was easy around 200m from the house. The beach is a short drive away, also easy by taxi if you fancy a sundowner! We hope to be back as we loved the house and as frequent visitors to the area, this will be our choice in the future. Thanks Amy!

Nothing - the house and location was perfect for us. The old town is a real gem and not to be missed. Loved everything about it to be honest - we will be returning when time allows! Can't fault Amy as a host.

the property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. we were only there for a few days whilst overseeing work we are having done on our property nearby. we know the area well. but this was a little gem and very quiet too.

The location was amazing, the decor superb - all the comforts needed for a fabulous stay. The roof terrace was even wonderful in January!

I wouldn't say we disliked anything! I would have found a small microwave useful for quick soups (it was January) and some washing up liquid for hand washing utensils to save the dishwasher - but these are minor things and we had everything we needed.
